ACCOMODATION

Rooms at the Okinawa Miyako Hotel can be booked through your own travel agent as well as through the International Welcome Team (IWT). Please make sure you don’t double book reservations for Miyako (booked on your own and through IWT) as you will be responsible for both reservations and all associated costs. If you prefer, there are other hotels with lower rates near the Okinawa Miyako Hotel. The Japanese Raelian Movement has secured a limited number of rooms and the room rates for JRM are as follows:
Okinawa Miyako Hotel Room Rates:
1. Twin room for 2 people: 6,500 YEN /night /room /person*
2. Twin room for 1 person: 11,500 YEN /night /room /person*
3. Twin room with an extra bed for 3 people: 6,000 YEN /night /room /person*
* - Net price, breakfast included
There will be a 2,000 YEN upcharge/person/room for the night of May 3 due to the high season.

To make reservations with the Seminar hotel (Okinawa Miyako Hotel) or nearby hotels, please provide the International Welcome Team with the following information:
1) Your full name (& your roommate's full name if you are sharing a room with someone)
2) Your check-in & check-out dates
3) The type of room you would like to request
4) Your flight schedules (including flight numbers, arrival date/time and departure date/time)
Please check in at the front desk and pay the hotel by cash or credit card when you check out.
