I want to tell you how lucky I feel to know you, because it is a real privilege to know you.<\/p>\n

I remember when I received the Message of the Elohim. At first, it was just a Message: \u201cWe created you in a laboratory. Build an embassy.\u201d I think you know the Message. I hope so.<\/p>\n

But I was just a man, a man among men, a simple man, with nothing special. And the Mission seemed incredible. Not the Message. The Message was simple for me to accept. But the Mission, wow!<\/p>\n

Imagine yourself in my place on December 13, 1973. \u201cGo around the world and spread this Message.\u201d The Message? No problem. But go and spread it everywhere? That was a big problem. The Elohim knew that you existed, but I didn\u2019t.<\/p>\n

I understood that there would be people who would join me, yes, but I didn\u2019t know you existed. I have told you how lonely I felt. Imagine if it happened to you. Alone. Totally alone. You cannot speak about it to your friends because it is too much. The Message is too much for my friends.<\/p>\n

And then, as you know, I spoke on television. I thought: \u201cOkay, television. Everybody will hear the Message, and we will see how many people contact me.\u201d And I was so surprised. I received thousands of letters. So surprised. I was expecting maybe ten or twenty people. But thousands!<\/p>\n

Thousands.<\/p>\n

The postman brought huge bags full of letters. And, as some of you know, I replied to every one of them personally. Some of you still have those letters.<\/p>\n

Because for me, it was incredible. I had no problem understanding and accepting the Message. But I had trouble understanding why so many people wanted to help me. I really had trouble understanding it. When I saw all those letters, I thought: \u201cMost of them must be insults.\u201d \u201cYou are crazy.\u201d \u201cYou are a con man.\u201d \u201cIt\u2019s not true.\u201d<\/p>\n

I expected the worst. Yes, there were some letters like that. But ninety-five percent of the letters said: \u201cWe want to help you.\u201d I was completely surprised. And I replied to every person. But at that time, I was not the guru, the teacher, the awakening guide that I am today.<\/p>\n

At the beginning, I was simply spreading the Message. A man among men. \u201cI received a Message, and this Message is for you.\u201d It took some time before the second contact, the second encounter, when they brought me to the planet of eternal life.<\/p>\n

Then they transformed me.<\/p>\n

I remember that feeling. Suddenly, with a helmet, everything changed. I became something else. It is difficult to describe that feeling. You are still yourself, but suddenly you feel an incredible power. I was no longer simply a man among men.<\/p>\n

The knowledge, the incredible knowledge that I have shared with you for so many years in the Happiness Academies, suddenly became part of me. I changed from a very ordinary man into a teacher. Wow. I don\u2019t know if any of you have experienced something similar. Maybe after many years at school or university, when you finally receive your diploma and say: \u201cAh, now I know.\u201d<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t know that feeling because I never went to university. But for me it happened instantly. Like instant coffee. Instant Buddha. Exactly like that. I am like ramen noodles: Instant Buddha. Suddenly, everything became clear. Everything. Instead of asking: \u201cHow can I spread the Message?\u201d Instead of being shy and feeling incapable of accomplishing the Mission, \u201cWhat can I do?\u201d<\/p>\n

Instantly, immediately, I remember my physical reaction. From: \u201cI am a simple man.\u201d To: \u201cI know everything, and I will spread this teaching.\u201d \u201cI can do it.\u201d It is difficult to describe. Maybe it is like a tadpole becoming a frog. Or even more beautifully, like a caterpillar becoming a butterfly. But out of humility, I prefer the frog. Because it is closer to my name.<\/p>\n

In Japanese, Rael sounds somewhat like \u201ckaeru\u201d, which means frog. So, I feel like a frog. A frog, but a teacher frog.<\/p>\n

And I gave you both the Message and the teaching. Instead of being like a parrot, endlessly repeating the same Message, suddenly I met you. And with every new Raelian, I could see how much the Message changed your life.<\/p>\n

Imagine what you would be without having discovered the Message. The Message changed your life. It changed everything. But I didn\u2019t change you. A false guru or a false prophet wants to change you. But I never wanted to change you. I wanted to help you be you. When I met Lotus, I wanted Lotus to be more Lotus. I wanted Tony to be more Tony. I wanted Shizue to be more Shizue. Not to change her. And there is not a single one of you that I have tried to change.<\/p>\n

But non-Raelians see a guru or a teacher as someone who changes people. That is what they think. They imagine that I am manipulating all of you in order to make you Raelians. They believe that I am brainwashing people. The truth, the real truth, is that from the very beginning, in the Happiness Academy, I told you: \u201cDo it yourself. Wash your own brain.\u201d<\/p>\n

If you do not wash your body, it becomes a little difficult, not for you, but for the people around you. But if you do not wash your brain, it is exactly the same, only worse. If you do not wash your brain, everybody suffers. That is the problem on this planet now, which is \u201cla plan\u00e8te des cons.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nobody washes their brain. Everybody stinks. And I teach you: wash your brain. Not once. Every day. Every day. Wake up and question yourself. Question the world. In other words, be you. That is what I have been teaching for almost fifty years. And when I look at Shizue, or Tony, or any one of you, I feel that Shizue is more Shizue than when I first met her. Fran\u00e7ois-Yves is more Fran\u00e7ois-Yves than when I first met him.<\/p>\n

That is my pride: To help you more yourself.<\/p>\n

That is why I told you how proud I am to be with you. Not because I am the teacher. The goal of any real teacher is to see his students become better than himself.<\/p>\n

I am not eternal on Earth. I think I will die soon. But my greatest satisfaction is to feel that if I disappear, you can replace me. I do not know who will become the leader. That is not important. What is important is that many among you can do it.<\/p>\n

Ask yourself this question: If I die tonight, I am not saying it will happen, but if I die tonight, next Sunday, will you still be here? Will you? That is the question. Or do you come only because Maitreya is alive? I hope there will be more Raelians after I disappear. That is my dearest wish.<\/p>\n

My most important wish.<\/p>\n

And I will watch. I will look from upstairs. I wish you a beautiful eternity on Earth. And I wish you to become teachers as well. Not only teachers of the Message. Not only teachers saying, \u201cThe Elohim created life, blah blah blah, build an embassy.\u201d No.<\/p>\n

Teachers of love. Teachers who help other people be better than themselves. That is love. And you can do it every day.<\/p>\n

I have a little exercise for you. You can start today or tomorrow. Who will you raise higher today? Every day, you should elevate at least one person. Not necessarily by teaching meditation. It can be something as simple as tying the shoe of a maid, a waitress, or anyone else.<\/p>\n

It can be making somebody smile. Any little thing. It can even be a police officer stopping your car. I did that many times. Many times, the police stopped me because I was driving too fast. People usually react with anger. I spoke to them kindly. And immediately I raised their level of happiness. \u201cI know you are doing your job, and that is all. I have no hostility toward you.\u201d Some of them started to cry. Because they are used to people reacting angrily: \u201cWhy are you stopping me?\u201d But it is their job. It is how they put food on the table for their children. To feel that I understood who they were was a great shock for them.<\/p>\n

Another funny story, I love telling you funny stories, as you know. When I was a \u201cJapan virgin,\u201d when I first arrived in Shinjuku, I entered a shop. There was a woman welcoming customers. That was a shock. Because in France, nobody welcomes you in a shop. Sometimes you even have to call for somebody to help you, and nobody looks at you.<\/p>\n

What a shock! This cute woman bowed and said: \u201cIrasshaimase!\u201d I asked, \u201cWhat did she say?\u201d I was with someone who spoke Japanese. \u201cShe said: \u201cWelcome.\u2019\u201d For you, that is normal. For a French person, it is a shock. \u201cWelcome!\u201d I had not bought anything yet! If I give money, okay, but no. Just entering the shop was enough.<\/p>\n

It felt so good that I went back outside and came in again. \u201cIrasshaimase!\u201d Then I went out and came back again. \u201cIrasshaimase!\u201d I did it three times. It felt so good. And of course she was surprised. By the third time she could not stop laughing. And I succeeded in making somebody happy.<\/p>\n

Instead of being an \u201cIrasshaimase robot,\u201d she became a human being, happy to do what she was doing. So, in every detail of your life, raise the happiness of other people. Through little things. Tying a shoe. Giving a smile. These little things transform your life into a Happiness Academy where you are the guru. Because you are. And I am very proud of you.<\/p>\n

Thank you, Elohim.<\/p>\n

We are in the now. It is now. Now is the most beautiful moment of your life. Whatever happens, whatever good or bad thing happens to you, always feel: Now is the most beautiful moment of my life. Keep that in your heart. Because true intelligence and supraconsciousness are not in the brain. The heart is full of neurons. And they are much more important than the neurons of the brain. The brain is the hard drive of your computer. It stores the past and all information. But consciousness, preconsciousness, is in the heart.<\/p>\n

What is now? Supraconsciousness is now. Now is the gate to infinity.<\/p>\n

And one more thing before I leave.<\/p>\n

You are you today. Tomorrow you will be someone else. Think about that. If you use your supraconsciousness, you are constantly changing. Do not expect to remain the same forever. That was also the teaching of Buddha. Nothing is permanent. Including yourself.<\/p>\n

And that helps you grow even more.<\/p>\n

I am me today. But tomorrow\u2026<\/p>\n
