When I look at you, these eyes are a camera for the Elohim. Don’t forget, when you do things in front of my eyes, they are watching. Think about it always. Whatever you do, whatever you say, they are watching you.

Knowing that, what should you do? Will you be shy? Will you be serious? Will you be religious? No. Laugh! Laugh! They want to see you laughing, happy, dancing, singing. If you are serious, you betray the Elohim. They love you.

Each of you, you are descendants of the first human beings they created. The first human beings they created are still part of you. Do you think the Elohim in the laboratory were creating human beings to become serious? No. They wanted to have little children playing, dancing, singing. Never serious. Imagine, you are in a laboratory, you create a living being, and he is serious and sad. You close the box and you walk away. The first happiness of the Elohim was to hear the first being laughing.

The same for today’s mothers and fathers – when you have a baby, what is the biggest pleasure? You want to hear the baby laughing. It was the same for the Elohim when they were looking at us. Every time you are serious, you betray the Elohim. Because they would never have created us to be serious. They enjoy, just like when we have babies, seeing them singing, dancing, laughing.

And we are born children. Never forget. You have all been born children. Babies. Amazed by the light, looking at your hands in wonder, amazed by everything. And then you age and you forget. You forget, you become serious. Would you love to have a serious baby? Terrible! We don’t want a baby with a serious face – terrible! Everybody comes over the little bed where the babies are and… and they touch the belly, laughing! Why did you stop laughing? Never stop. And train yourself – it’s a training, eh? You have all your life to train yourself to laugh.

We all age. We will all die one day. And people avoid talking about death. Make the day you die the funniest day of your life. You can also die in a terrible way! My hope is to die laughing. You need to practice. You need to practice! Prepare yourself to die laughing. Seriously practicing. There should never be one day of your life without laughing.

Every day when you go to sleep, you should ask yourself – did I laugh today? If not, very bad day! But it’s not too late. Before sleeping, you can laugh. And forgive yourself. So prepare yourself each morning when you wake up – today will be the day I laugh more than I ever have in my life. Do it! Seriously! Laughing is a very serious matter. It’s not funny, it’s very serious.

Today I will make money. Today I will succeed in what I do. Terrible! Today will be the day I laugh more than I have ever laughed before. As soon as you wake up, think about that. Did you do it this morning?

And the teaching of the Elohim is beautiful because they said, “laugh for no reason.” It’s so easy. You don’t need a reason to laugh. Just to be alive. It’s so funny to be alive. It’s funny! We should be part of the ground, of the dust, and yet we are alive. Me especially, at my age – every morning, this morning also – wow, I’m still alive! It’s incredible! When I was young, I was sure I would die before 50. I was sure! I don’t know why. And then after 70, I said, “wow, I should not be alive anymore.” With thousands of letters from people saying, we will kill you. Many people want to kill me. I am expecting it. It doesn’t happen, but no frustration. Enjoying every minute.

When you are young, it is a little bit difficult. The more you age, the more it becomes possible. When you are young, you have the illusion of having eternal life. But I must say, at 80, I know my time on Earth is limited. And this close feeling of death – possible, always possible – makes life more beautiful.

If you wake up and you know you have 50 years to live, bof! You can even have a sad day. You can be depressed. You can try to get a better apartment. You have a target. But when you reach 80, the only goal is to be happy, now. I don’t have 50 more years to live on Earth. I don’t know how much – I would like to know, eh? We don’t know. But I am just sure that one day will be the last. For all of us. One hour will be the last. One minute will be the last. You will have one last minute.

But we all think “oh, it’s in the future.” It’s possible that it’s right now. So, will you spend that last minute being anxious? And then you spend the last minute of your life being anxious. But if you laugh, that minute is magic. So, do you wish to have the last minute of your life laughing?

In every sport, you are good if you practice, if you train yourself. To be a good dancer, you have to practice. To be a good musician, a good singer, you have to practice. In every activity, training is the key. So,to be able to laugh like crazy in the last minute of your life – because it will happen suddenly – you must not be surprised. You have to be ready. So, practice. Make each minute of your life as if it were the last one.

So, laugh. Laugh while you are alive. Except if you deserve eternal life on the Elohim’s planet, when you die, you cannot laugh anymore. So, laugh while you are alive, now!

And realize that we are all preparing to die, all of us. Never think that the oldest are the closest to dying. Many people at 16, at 18, have heart attacks and die. Many babies don’t survive more than one hour. We are very lucky to be alive. It’s crazy to be alive. All the years you have lived – you could have had a car accident, a disease, so many things – but we are alive. That’s why we must laugh, for no reason, just to be alive. Just to be alive at the same time as the Elohim.

When we are conceived in the belly of our mother, our DNA is perfect. All our cells are perfect. And this body is well organized. Our cells are constantly replaced. You know it, but remember it when you clean your apartment. If you spend 2 or 3 days without a mop or a vacuum, you see dust. What is it? Where does it come from? Oh, the door was closed, I didn’t open the window, there is dust on the floor. From your body! Part of your cells fall, they are dead. Everything you see when you look at my hand is dead. The living cells are underneath, and these ones are preparing to fall.

Japanese people know it, in a Japanese bath they scrub and scrub, and skin falls. So, when we look at each other, we see dead skin. Your tongue – new cells constantly produced, because we need to taste our food. Our cells on the liver, the stomach – constantly replaced.

And we age. What is aging? When the cells copy themselves, some mistakes happen. It is not normal to have wrinkles. When the cells copy themselves, oh, some mistakes. And that is constantly happening, and that’s why people are full of wrinkles, losing hair, covered in spots. These are mistakes. When I was born, I didn’t have these dark spots. Over time, mistakes. Mistakes! Laugh at yourself – constantly, mistakes are happening. Women, why do the breasts go down? Mistakes! Men also – mistakes! Everywhere, wrinkles, everywhere.

So, we are aging constantly. And that’s amazing, to enjoy being alive through all of this. All of this body is constantly fighting to stay young, but it cannot. So, we are all slowly degrading our DNA, the heart also, and one day it stops.

Aging can happen now! So, what can we do? Laugh! This is aging. But here, we have something eternal – supraconsciousness. Supraconsciousness never ages, because it is not just connected to infinity, it is infinity. Infinity never ages. There is no young and old infinity. And we are infinity. And infinity is love.

Love, real love, never ages. Love is forever. So, feel it! If you feel it, you cannot stop laughing.

It’s important to think about this. When I look at you, these eyes are a camera for the Elohim.
