Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah accused the Israeli government of causing an escalation in violence along the Israeli-Lebanese border during a speech today. He also sent several messages to the Jewish citizens of Israel, urging them to leave before Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu\u2019s \u201cstupid government\u201d launches a war.<\/p>\n

\nOn Sunday, Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah delivered a speech that was broadcasted by the Lebanon-based Al-Manar television network. During his speech, Nasrallah made several threats and warned of an escalation in violence along the Israeli-Lebanese border. Turing to the citizens of Israel, Nasrallah said: \u201cThe Netanyahu government is leading you to annihilation and destruction. Don\u2019t let a stupid government take you on an adventure.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cNetanyahu and his government don\u2019t know whether they\u2019ve started a war and how they will finish [one],\u201d he continued. \u201cThey don\u2019t have a real picture of reality. If they had one, they wouldn\u2019t be heading toward this foolishness of war.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI call on all the non-Zionist Jews to separate themselves from the Zionists who are leading themselves to inevitable destruction,\u201d Nasrallah added. \u201cI call on all those who came to occupied Palestine to leave and return to the countries from which they came so that they aren\u2019t used as fuel for the war that your stupid government will conduct.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cEveryone who opposes Zionism is wrongly accused of anti-Semitism,\u201d the leader of the terrorist group continued. \u201cWe\u2019ve said from the beginning that our war is with the Zionist invaders of Palestine\u2019s land and not with the Jews as a religion and the People of the Book. The Zionist movement took advantage of the Jews and Judaism in order to establish a colonial initiative under the auspices of the Britons 100 years ago and today, they are working for the Americans. The Jews in the world need to know that they are a British-American tool of war against the Arabs in the region.\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition, Nasrallah said that Washington\u2019s actions are resulting in tragedies. \u201cAll of the governments in the region need to acknowledge their rivals and friends,\u201d he said. \u201cIt\u2019s forbidden to gamble with the Americans. [They should be] relying on themselves.\u201d<\/p>\n

Last night, Nasrallah said that his organization \u201ccannot remain silent about the fact that the\u00a0Israeli military is planting explosive devices\u00a0in some of the villages along the border.\u201d<\/p>\n
