A French start-up wants to market a synthetic foie gras. A product with the same taste and texture as traditional foie gras according to the company, but without force-feeding or duck.<\/p>\n<p>But in the Gers where the duck is king, this test-tube foie gras remains in the throats of the inhabitants and the producers.
