All cafes, shops and restaurants should do the same!<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080\"><strong><!--more--><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"article__summary summary \">\n<p>A cafe owner in California is challenging mask-wearing customers by charging them an extra $5 to pay for the \u201cdamage they have collectively caused.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Chris Castleman, owner of the Fiddlehead Cafe in Mendocino, told NBC News the extra charges would be donated to charity.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t think $5 to charity is too much to ask from mask-wearing customers who claim to care so much about the community they live in,\u201d he said.
