Maitreya Ra\u00ebl reminds us of some basic meditations: focusing one’s attention on their breath, heartbeat, or a point in their environment, like a spot on the wall. He also introduces the Japanese technique of Zazen, and other techniques to develop one’s supra-consciousness even more! He speaks of the Buddha, how his true teachings have been betrayed by the faithful over centuries, like all major religions. Indeed, this is Maitreya’s great fear: that the Raelians will forget who they are when he dies.<\/p>\n
