On July 9th, 2022 (76 a,H.), Maitreya Rael was invited to do a Planetary Meditation by the 1minute4peace organization.
From the start, Maitreya Rael went totally out of the normal way to do a guided meditation but instead gave us the most enlightening teaching about what it is to really meditate! « Because meditation, says Maitreya Rael, you can only do it ALONE! »
He continues saying that: « Meditation happens inside Yourself, and not when someone is talking. »
