Maitreya Rael: This is Me (72-06-14) – Part 10 of 12 Asian Happiness Academy, June 14th, 72 aH, Okinawa, Japan
Who am I? How to express who you really are? Half way through this Asian Happiness Academy, Maitreya Rael teaches us that we sometimes forget ourselves because of what other people expect from us.
Do we really want to live our life acting a role written by other people, by our parents, by our educators?
Maitreya Rael encourages us to learn to say “No” to what others want from us and “Yes” to what we truly want.
If we do what our culture, country, traditions, family and religion planned out for us, it’s no longer us!
Who are you? You are “now.” And when you are in the now, you are living spontaneously. We have to remove what was planned for us and live our own life. It’s only when we are improvising as we go along that we are truly ourselves.
“This is me” is now, in the present. Yesterday, it was not you, tomorrow is won’t be you, because we change every second. Now, it’s you!
*Please note that at the moment of filming this video, the voice of Maitreya Rael was not in a good condition. Even so, Maitreya Rael humbly accepted to talk to us with the same energy and dedication that he is known for.
