I don’t want to make any speech today because I’m not here for that, but just a little thing. I was meditating about the recent news where they discovered that there are a lot of neurons in the heart, and that these neurons in your heart communicate with the brain. And the brain gives orders to the heart, but the heart gives more orders to the brain.
That’s fantastic. Don’t forget, we have a lot of neurons in the intestine, but in the heart, that’s fantastic. So, where is supraconsciousness? We don’t know. But I suspect it’s in the heart. Yes, the heart doesn’t think, the heart feels. That’s why maybe we represent love with a heart, not with the brain. Everything wrong on Earth is created by the brain, and everything beautiful is created by the heart.
The only important thing is love. So, try to think with your heart.
And I connect this wonderful information with a scientific explanation of the effect of love: a chemical which is called oxytocin. And when you give love to somebody, maybe just by hugging, sincerely hugging, you feel oxytocin coming inside you. Oxytocin is a chemical created to make us happy. You can even, out of egoism, selfishness, ego, say: “I hug you to receive oxytocin.”
What is beautiful is that the person you give love to also creates oxytocin. And even more fantastic, people around watching also see their level of oxytocin increasing. Oui, oui! And that’s beautiful. We feel good when we see people giving love to each other. And this oxytocin works with human beings, but with everything alive.
Two days ago, you know, I have a cat. He came for contact one time. And he is in love with Sky. And it’s so beautiful. He comes for food, yes, but not only for food. When he is full of food and not hungry at all, he comes in front of Sky and looks in her eyes. It’s so beautiful. He is looking into her eyes, and of course Sky reacts and pets, and pets, and pets, and pets. He makes a little sound, and when she stops, he looks into her eyes and, meow, give me more. So, she gives again, and touches, and touches, and scratches. As soon as she stops: meow, give me more. It’s amazing.
He doesn’t want food, his belly is full, because we can have the illusion that he comes to get food. No. His cup is full of food, his belly also, but meow, touch me, give me oxytocin.
Because the animals also, everything alive, have something similar to oxytocin, even the plants. You know, there was an experiment, a scientific experiment. Some people tried with plants in pots, the same plant, two pots. And with one, they said very negative things, and with the other one, they gave love just by words: “you are beautiful, I love you.” And the plants receiving love grew more.
So, everything alive is sensitive to love. And if you feel sometimes a little bit down, you can hug a tree, and the tree is giving you oxytocin. So, start with other human being. Peace on Earth depends on the level of oxytocin of everybody.
And now with quantum physics, we can understand that when we meditate together for peace, meditate one minute for peace, it has an effect on everybody. In other words, we increase the level of oxytocin in everybody on Earth.
Peace is oxytocin.
When you feel full of oxytocin, full of love, you don’t feel like hitting other people. So, increase the level of love on Earth, and you increase, in the same way, your level of happiness. The more you give, the more you receive.
Sending your love to the Elohim increases your level of oxytocin, because in this infinite universe, everything is connected. When we give love, the level of oxytocin increases in the infinite universe. Remember it.
When you sing for the Elohim, like Mana, you increase the level of oxytocin in the universe.
So no more, “Oh, I’m just a small human being, I cannot do anything.” With one thought of love, you change the universe. You bring peace on Earth, but you bring peace everywhere. This is enlightenment. This is becoming a Buddha. And you all are Buddhas.
So, give your love.
