RAEL’S COMMENT: 
He had declared that we were “at war”… A carnage due to the “plandemic” should have occurred … but nothing happened! The number of deaths is the same as in previous years… The “scientific council” supposed to guide this “war” has just been dismantled. Don Macaroon should have announced that the war was over? What is he waiting for?
