Sweden: Halmstad bans masks at school

The ban covers infection control equipment in general, including face shields, in all primary and secondary schools in Halmstad. The rules apply to both students and staff.

We believe that you should not use masks. According to the Swedish Public Health Agency, there is no scientific evidence that the use of masks would benefit our facilities, says Pauline Broholm Lindberg, head of the administration for children and youth in Halmstad.
