The operator EVENTOUR SRL organizes your accommodation in the Grand Hotel Excelsior.
All rooms include an intercontinental breakfast and a dinner with buffet of appetizers and table service for other courses, plus two desserts of your choice and natural or sparkling water.

Membership in the EDEN association is mandatory and includes logistical expenses for the Happiness Academy (such as venue rental, technical equipment, printing, etc.).
All the teachers at the Happiness Academy, as well as the entire organizing team, serve as volunteers and do not receive any form of salary or compensation. Like all participants, they pay their Eden membership fee and their transport and accommodation costs.
Payments are accepted in euros or Swiss francs only.
How to proceed:
First-time participants at the Happiness Academy
o EDEN membership fee: €35
o On the day of your arrival, you will receive a €35 gift voucher (valid only at the Raëlien
Movement boutique).
o IMPORTANT: first-time participants at the Happiness Academy will need to show a valid
ID document on site.
Second participation (and more) to the Happiness Academy
o EDEN membership fee: €110 (until midnight on Sunday 30 June).
o From 01 July, the EDEN membership fee is €170.
o Important: for members of the International Raelian Movement, there will be an
additional charge of €20 for on-site registrations.
There are three ways of paying the EDEN membership fee
1. To the EDEN association bank account (details to be provided at registration).
2. In cash on site (in Swiss francs or euros only). Please provide the exact amount in cash.
3. By credit card on site (Visa and Eurocard only). Cheques are not accepted.

Please read the following information before you register.
Step 1: EDEN registration
The European Happiness Academy is organised by the EDEN* association.
EDEN membership fee payment will enable your participation to the Happiness Academy.
For the EDEN registration fee, see the “Cost” section.
Step 2: booking your accommodation with EVENTOUR SRL operator.
To secure your accommodation, please make your reservation directly with EVENTOUR SRL using the online form provided via email after completing your EDEN registration.
The person responsible for booking the room must complete a booking form, indicating the full names of the individuals with whom you intend to share the room.
Please note that the deadline for booking and payment of accommodation with EVENTOUR SRL is midnight on June 30, 2024. Accommodation cannot be guaranteed after this date.
To confirm your accommodation booking, a 50% deposit of the total cost must be paid within 15 days of receiving the booking confirmation from EVENTOUR SRL. The remaining 50% must be paid before June 30, 2024.

Upon your arrival, both EDEN organization and the hotel team will be delighted to greet you.
The EDEN welcome desk will operate exclusively on Saturday, August 3rd, from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Here, you can freshen up following your journey, meet some of the team members who will provide you with all necessary information throughout your week at the Happiness Academy, and collect essential documents containing practical details, along with your EDEN badge.
This EDEN badge is crucial as it grants you access to the courses, activities, and evening events scheduled each day throughout the week. Without your badge, you will not be permitted to attend the Happiness Academy.
