RAEL'S COMMENT:  100% deserved: violence is always unacceptable! And he should be convicted for assault, having to pay damages to the victim which in the US can amount to millions of dollars.

RAEL'S COMMENT:  Sometimes we are stupid enough to look for the bad in each person without realizing that in everyone the bad does not exist. Only suffering sometimes makes people negative and aggressive. Instead of judging them, it is better to give them love to help them heal their wounds.
