The hand is one of the most beautiful images of love and of the Elohim.

Good morning everybody. Sunday at 11 a.m. — it’s a time to ask yourself the three fundamental questions that you ask yourself every day, every hour, every second. But especially, especially on Sunday at 11, more than ever — where am I? Why am I here? And who is with me?

Each of us is a very unique story. Very special.

To be humble is beautiful, but to be conscious of how fantastic we are is part of humility. Humility comes from humus — the ground. That’s the deep meaning of the word humble. Back to the book given by the Elohim — I am dust, and I will return to dust. We are just dust. All of this comes from the ground.

We can pretend to be somebody fantastic, to be very important, and lose humility. Or we can be so humble that we become proud of what we are. I am only dust — but dust assembled by the Elohim. And that changes everything.

In the morning when you look at your hand — this is just dust. Yes, but dust assembled by the Elohim. And that changes everything.

Being proud to be the creation of the Elohim. Very proud. Looking in the mirror and finding yourself beautiful — with humility. Yes, I am only dust, and this will become rotten and go back into the ground, or into the air. But now it is together. I can touch it.

You know, the deep meaning of prayer always involves hands. Hands. Thank you Elohim. Hands. Many people — hands together. Some other religions look at their hands like that. The most fantastic part of the human body — hands. It’s an incredibly beautiful creation.

And when you look at your hand, you look at the creation of the Elohim. They have hands like us — fantastic hands which can create music, sculpture, painting, and the most beautiful piece of art — another human being. To create humanity, the Elohim used their hands. We have the same hands.

The hands are fantastic. The most beautiful illustration of power. We can create life with our hands. And like in the beautiful symbol of yin and yang — with hands you can kill, or you can give life. Same hands. We don’t need to talk about atomic bombs, knives or guns — just the hands can kill. Bare hands. You squeeze — you kill somebody. Or you create life. So the hand is one of the most beautiful images of love and of the Elohim.

And very important in your daily life — feel it. Feel the power of your hands. Mozart without hands — there is no music. Rodin without hands — there is no sculpture. The hands are a magic tool. Feel it. Use it.

Simply joining your hands — feel the power. This position is not only common in every religion. In Chinese medicine also. The power of hands — when you channel all your energy, you can heal people with your hands. You can do transmission with your hands. You can communicate the wavelength of your DNA to the Elohim with your hands.

So when you want to feel deeply connected with the Elohim, feel your hands. Send your love to the Elohim. Send your love to yourself.

The hands — every time you have pain somewhere, you touch it with your hands. And immediately you feel better. Why? When you have pain — I don’t know, here, in the elbow — you don’t say, oh, my elbow is painful. No, you touch. The power of your hands on yourself and on others. So this tool — it is one of the most beautiful gifts of the Elohim.

And when you say thank you Elohim, say it with your voice — but say it also with your hands. Love is in the hands. These tools are also made to give. Giving is hands. You cannot give without hands. Yes, that’s absolutely fantastic.

So enjoy this fantastic tool. And when you think about the Elohim, feel their love. They also send love to humanity with their hands. When Yahweh comes out of the UFO, we will be looking at their hands.

In every culture in the world, love always involves the hands. Offering, praying — always the hands. So like that you have a materiality of love — which is not only my heart, my love, no! Hands. Yes. And you feel it.

When you wave to somebody, you cannot say hello with your hand behind your back. It’s a universal language, every language. Bonjour, good morning, ohayou gozaimasu — just waving. And you feel it — if somebody waves to you on the beach from very far, naturally, without knowing the person, you will reply. So these are magical tools.

And remember — they are made to give, not to take. They are made to give.

Oh, I don’t know how to give love to other people, I’m shy… Use your hand. Give. Not money — you don’t need to be rich. A flower. You kill a flower to give. And with the same hand which kills a flower, you give love. Killing a flower to give love. You can also use your hands to plant a seed, to make a new flower — and then later you can cut the flower. The hand — magical tool to give love.

If you give a flower to somebody you love, it’s the hand. You can also touch. Touch is giving love. You can also give sexual pleasure to partners or to yourself. But it’s always the hand.

So thank you Elohim for giving us these fantastic tools. Use them, please.

You know — to give a flower, to give food, to give a coffee, or simply to put your hand on the shoulder of somebody who is suffering, saying — I am here. You don’t need to talk. You don’t need to be a professional therapist or doctor. When you see somebody among us who feels lonely, you put your hand — and the effect is very deep. No need for beautiful words. Always simple. The gift of a smile, and then the gift of your hand.

If somebody is drowning and dying in the ocean, how do you save the person? Not like that with the telephone, eh? With your hand. If somebody is hungry and dying of starvation, how do you give food? With your hand.

So the hand is a huge connection with the Elohim. Think about it every second of your life.
