This year you can use JRM Circular Bus at the following 3 hotels to/from the Academy venue.

Please choose the hotel and date of stay for us to verify your circular bus reservation.

Please note this ”Accommodation” section is not for you to reserve hotel rooms. You must reserve the hotel yourself on online booking sites.

If you do not stay in any of the above 3 hotels, please select “Other hotels”. For a choice of the hotel, please click “Brochure.”, and find the “Appendix”.

Meals

NOTE: The BENTO meal option is no longer offered after July 31st.

Please note in case we hold a 24 hour-fasting, an ordered lunch during the fast, will be cancelled as all the participants are requested to attend this program. It will be informed when the invoice is issued to you.

Please note 100% cancellation fee will be charged when you cancel BENTO after the deadline of July 31. If you order BENTO and cannot participate in the Academy, please let us know before the deadline. Or if you are not sure of your participation, please do not order BENTO. Otherwise, we must ask your friend or colleague participant to pay for your cancelled BENTO fees at the reception instead.

JRM Transportation Service – Circular Bus

JRM Circular Bus runs between Best Western Hotel and the Academy Hall.

The Bus will operate from September 26 (the Academy Check-in day) until October 2 ( the last day of the Academy), and it will be about 170 Japanese yen/ride.

Please note unless you reserve the bus service, you are not able to ride the bus. Please send us an Email (see the end of this registration form) if you wish to reserve the bus after you choose “No” on the registration form.

PLEDGE FOR ATTENDING

Asian Happiness Academy 81 aH (2026)

In order to make this learning opportunity the greatest for you and other participants, please read carefully, understand, and agree to the guidelines below regarding your registration and your participation to the Academy 81 aH (2026).

1. I will pay all the fees (including those of program participation, hotel stay, meals and all others related to the Academy 81 aH (2026)) before the start of the whole program, and I will not ask Japanese Raelian Movement (The Raelian Movement) to pay back, even if I leave the Academy 81 aH (2026) before it ends for any reason
2. I will accept a decision of the event holder should I be charged a cancellation fee according to their cancellation policy in the case I would cancel after I register for the Academy 81 aH (2026).
3. I respect the laws of Japan, rules of the facilities I use, and rules, any systems and treatments of the Raellian Movement during the Academy 81 aH (2026).
4. I will follow medical instructions concerning whether I should continue attending or not when I am sick or injured.
5. I understand that if my family, relatives or friends who don’t register for a participation but stay with me during the Academy 81 aH (2026), they are not able to attend any official programs except for events the Raelian Movement permits.
6. I understand that it is completely forbidden to photograph, video or audio-record during the Academy 81 aH (2026) including lectures, exercises and night shows, and will follow this rule.
7. I understand that I am responsible for any theft, loss, injury, sickness, or any other unexpected accidents that happen to me or my companion(s) during the Academy 81 aH (2026) including lectures, exercises and night shows. And I understand that if my family, relative(s) or friend(s) who don’t register for a participation of the Academy 81 aH (2026), stay with me, they will be responsible for all the accidents that happened to them as well.
8. If I am an employee of a mass media company (including those of magazine ,newspaper, radio, TV, or Internet, etc ) or if I have any engagement or contract with such a company, I will inform Public Relations of the Raelian Movement upon registering for the Academy 81 aH (2026). And if I find anyone attend the Academy 81 aH (2026) for the purpose of a media coverage, I will immediately report to the Raelian Movement. In any case, I will not slander, discriminate, neither act to dishonor or impair credibility of the Raelian Movement.
9. When the Raelian Movement regard me as inappropriate to participate because I am breaking the rules as written above or may cause any trouble to the ongoing programs, and decides to refuse or stop my participation, I will immediately follow the instructions.

I solemnly swear that I read, understand and follow all the rules above. When I cause any trouble because of breaking the rules, I understand that not only the Raelian Movement may prohibit my participation, but also may take a legal action against me.

Also, I accept that the Raelian Movement checks my IDs during the Academy 81 aH (2026) whenever necessary, in order to protect Maitreya Rael, all the participants including me.
