Directions from Montreal–Trudeau International Airport:
Take Highway 20 East, then Highway 15 South.
Cross the Samuel de Champlain Bridge toward the South Shore.
Continue on Highway 10 East toward Sherbrooke.
Take Highway 55 North toward Drummondville and Richmond.
Take Exit 88 toward Route 116 East, heading toward Richmond and Val-des-Sources.
In Val-des-Sources, follow the signs to the Centre O3 – Music Camp, located at 100 Rue des Mésanges, Val-des-Sources, Quebec.

By Bus
Bus directions from Montréal–Trudeau Airport
Take the Aéronavette directly from the airport toward Sherbrooke. The shuttle normally crosses the Samuel de Champlain Bridge.
In Sherbrooke, take a La Québécoise bus toward Val-des-Sources.
Get off at the stop located at 401 1st Avenue, Val-des-Sources.
From this stop, take a taxi or arrange for someone to pick you up and drive you to the Centre O3 – Music Camp, located at 100 Rue des Mésanges.
It is strongly recommended that you reserve the Aéronavette and the bus in advance, and then verify that the connecting times are compatible: Aéronavette and La Québécoise.

This event is for all adults seeking meaning, well-being, or personal fulfillment. No prior experience or prerequisites are required.
In which languages are these events held?
The Happiness Academy is conducted in English and French, with simultaneous translation available in English, French, and Spanish.
Are companions allowed?
Yes, guests are welcome.
Note: Minors are not permitted to attend the Happiness Academy or enter the event venue.

For Canadian participants: Payment deadline for the selected package: June 2, 2027; any payment made after this date will incur a $30 surcharge.
For participants from outside Canada, payment will be made on site upon arrival.

A Typical Day
Each day is carefully designed to offer a balanced and enriching experience:
• Morning: meditation sessions and inspiring teachings
• Afternoon: meditations, creative workshops, and engaging activities
• Evening: artistic experiences and meditations under the stars
Inkvartering
The O3 Center offers 4 types of accommodations:
1. Room with a double or queen-size bed, refrigerator, and private bathroom
2. Rooms with 3 single beds and shared bathrooms in the hallways
3. RV camping: electricity, water, and sewer
4. Tent camping: water, electricity, and showers (Please bring all your own equipment)

For Canadian participants, the prices listed apply only to full payments made before June 2, 2027. Starting June 3, 2027, an additional $30 will be added.
For participants residing outside Canada, the package must be paid in Canadian dollars, in cash, upon arrival at the O3 Center.
